Based on H. de B. minceur’s approach to slimming, DUCASSE Conseil carefully devised 20 slimming recipes aligned with the company’s fundamental principles, which are to showcase French food while adhering to the requirements of a slimming diet. These creations were intended to represent a range of flavorful meals for special dining moments to enable each individual to enjoy food while maintaining their health and weight goals.
DUCASSE Conseil arranged a culinary shoot to showcase the culinary creations and capture the chefs’ deft skills as they made them, to give an immersive presentation of the techniques used.
