Notre mission

Located in the Alps, MMV holiday clubs have already worked on their catering to include more plants and local produce, but now they want to improve the presentation of their buffets. To achieve this, the teams at DUCASSE Conseil were asked to help MMV redesign its buffet offering.

     Drafting of a guide to setting up and staging buffets.

    On the basis of discussions and an on-site visit, the DUCASSE Conseil teams drew up a staging guide with recommendations for the dressings and layout of the buffets.

    Support on the technical platform

    The DUCASSE Conseil teams worked on an MMV site with their teams to set up and optimise buffets, while sharing best practice for a successful start to the season.
