DUCASSE Conseil has been asked by Areas to redesign and modernize 4 existing culinary concepts in leisure parks
Buffet of products from the market, corporate menus, refined catering ; all types of offers were rethought and the customer satisfaction increased after a few months.

Optimization of existing offering
The sales outlets were a great success from the first days of opening; DUCASSE Conseil was present on each park to support the teams during this crucial period and follows them over time to ensure the maintenance of the quality standards.
All the members of the brigade as well as the service team were trained to the delivery of a quality offering. Mock services were organized before the opening for a training in real conditions.
Definition of the new culinary identities
After visiting the premises, the project team focused on creating the identity of the different restaurants, taking into account the constraints of cost, space and equipment.
