F&B offer conception
In order to propose a high-end catering offer in the image of the resort, the DAIOS COVE teams called on DUCASSE Conseil to create the new culinary identity of the Ocean restaurant. The DUCASSE Conseil teams have developed the restaurant menu, reviewed the kitchen plans and made a selection of tableware.
Team training
In order to give them the means to deploy the offer, the kitchen brigade and the service team were trained prior to the official opening. Our experts were on hand to support the kitchen and dining room team for mock services, at the opening and for quality follow-up.
Menu renewal
In order to boost the catering offer, the DUCASSE Conseil team renews the menu twice a year. It intervenes on the restaurant menu for lunch and dinner, as well as for breakfast.
