Desiring to enter the French market with one of its brand, IHG asked DUCASSE Conseil to design a whole F&B concept for a premium hotel, in accordance with the investor’s high expectations and the local market needs

DUCASSE Conseil reviewed all the Back of the House and Front of the House plans, in order to suggest technical improvements considering the layout, flows, ergonomy and list of equipment.
F&B concept creation
Based on the market study, the investor’s expectations and the operator’s know-how, DUCASSE Conseil designed a full F&B concept for a genuine customer experience: all-day dining restaurant, bar, mezzanine and rooftop.
