Concept creation for the response to a call for tender
DUCASSE Conseil collaborated with m3 Real Estate's hospitality division, based in Geneva, to respond to a call for tenders for the management of a 5-star hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva
Our mission
The idea was to suggest an original F&B concept, based on the global project implemented by m3 Hospitality. DUCASSE Conseil also capitalized on its expertise to review the financial forecasts in order to meet the wishes of the hotel's owner.

Our approach
Market study
The DUCASSE Conseil team carried out a study of the Geneva restaurant market in order to identify the successful concepts, the prices charged and the expectations of the Geneva people
Concept creation
4 concepts were then created, according to the architecture of the place defined by m3 Hospitality, its history and the will of the owner
Participation in the oral defence
DUCASSE Conseil sent a consultant to Geneva to support m3 Hospitality to defend the project in front of the decision-makers
