To create an upscale dining experience in keeping with the resort’s image, the DAIOS COVE teams called on DUCASSE Conseil to create a new culinary identity for the Ocean restaurant, which involved designing the menu, changing the kitchen layout and selecting the tableware.
The kitchen and front-of-house staff were given training before the grand opening to help implement the changes.
Our experts were then on hand to provide support during soft openings and a grand opening, followed by quality controls.
The DUCASSE Conseil team gives the restaurant’s cuisine a new boost twice a year by updating not only the restaurant’s lunch and dinner menus, but also its breakfast menu.
