As the era of space tourism arrives, DUCASSE Conseil has worked with Orbite to give first-time space travelers a taste of what to expect for their meals in space. DUCASSE Conseil was also asked to share its expertise with CNES during the first space tourist training seminar.

DUCASSE Conseil organized a lunch for 15 people at the Hotel Haitza, reserved especially for the Orbite seminar. The event showcased examples of dishes created with CNES but adapted to a sit-down lunch.
To share its expertise and culinary achievements for space travel, DUCASSE Conseil took part in a round table discussion with the mission’s main participants and the CNES.
