Our mission

DUCASSE Conseil was commissioned to carry out an operational audit of the current activity, provide hospitality training, and advise on social media activity. The aim of this collaboration was to take Patisserie Margot’s reputation to a new level, blending French tradition and local innovation to offer customers a unique and refined experience.

    Operational audit

    The DUCASSE Conseil teams analyzed staff organization, ordering systems and stock management. A comparative analysis was also carried out in Paris and Ibiza to identify areas for improvement so as to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Hospitality training

    DUCASSE Conseil provided training to optimize hospitality and customer service. We worked on staff organization, implementing service standards, and managing customer interactions. This training enhanced the staff’s skills while building on Patisserie Margot’s French-style values of excellence.

    DUCASSE Conseil improved Patisserie Margot’s presence on social media by proposing pragmatic content and engagement strategies, increasing their online visibility while reflecting their values.
